Banana Cheesecake 🍌🍰
What You’ll Need…
✔ 2 Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits
✔ 1 pack Banana Shake
✔ 1 teaspoon Red Berry Water Flavouring
✔ 1 sachet Dr Oetker Gelatine
✔ A mould (flower-shaped or any preferred shape)
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Gelatine Mixture
- Mix 10ml of boiling water with half a sachet of gelatine until fully dissolved.
2️⃣ Make the Banana Mousse
- Add 65ml of cold water to the Banana Shake.
- Combine the shake and gelatine mixture, stirring well.
- Pour the mixture into a flower-shaped mould and place in the fridge to set.
3️⃣ Prepare the Biscuit Base
- Crush 2 Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits and mix with a small amount of shake mixture to form a crumbly base.
4️⃣ Assemble the Cheesecake
- Once the banana mousse is set, remove from the fridge and add the biscuit crumb layer on top.
- Return to the fridge for 1 more minute to firm up.
5️⃣ Unmould & Add Topping
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the mould and place it onto a plate.
- Mix 5ml of water with 1 teaspoon of Red Berry Water Flavouring to create a berry sauce.
- Drizzle the berry sauce over the top of the cheesecake.
