Banana Scones 🍌🍦
What You’ll Need…
✔ 1 pack Banoffee Porridge
✔ 1 pack Vanilla Ice-Cream Shake
✔ 2 heaped teaspoons Red Berry Water Flavouring
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Scone Base
- Mix the Banoffee Porridge with 50ml of warm water to create a thick consistency.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone square moulds.
- Place in an air fryer at 80°C for 10-13 minutes.
2️⃣ Cool the Scones
- Let them cool in the fridge for 4 minutes.
3️⃣ Prepare the Ice Cream
- Mix the Vanilla Ice-Cream Shake with 70ml of cold water.
- Pour onto an ice-cream plate or place in the freezer until thickened.
4️⃣ Assemble the Scones
- Once the scones are cooled, spoon the thickened ice cream onto one scone.
- Mix 2 heaped teaspoons of Red Berry Water Flavouring with a little water until it forms a thick syrup.
- Spoon this on top of the ice cream, then place the other scone piece on top.
5️⃣ Finish & Serve
- Sprinkle with a little shake mix for extra flavour.
