Banana Scones 🍌🍦

What You’ll Need…

✔ 1 pack Banoffee Porridge
✔ 1 pack Vanilla Ice-Cream Shake
2 heaped teaspoons Red Berry Water Flavouring


Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the Scone Base

  • Mix the Banoffee Porridge with 50ml of warm water to create a thick consistency.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone square moulds.
  • Place in an air fryer at 80°C for 10-13 minutes.

2️⃣ Cool the Scones

  • Let them cool in the fridge for 4 minutes.

3️⃣ Prepare the Ice Cream

  • Mix the Vanilla Ice-Cream Shake with 70ml of cold water.
  • Pour onto an ice-cream plate or place in the freezer until thickened.

4️⃣ Assemble the Scones

  • Once the scones are cooled, spoon the thickened ice cream onto one scone.
  • Mix 2 heaped teaspoons of Red Berry Water Flavouring with a little water until it forms a thick syrup.
  • Spoon this on top of the ice cream, then place the other scone piece on top.

5️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with a little shake mix for extra flavour.
