Berry Ripple Mousse Sundae 🍓🍦
What You’ll Need…
✔ 1 pack Vanilla Ice-Cream Shake
✔ 1 teaspoon Red Berry Water Flavouring
✔ 1 Vanilla Cream Wafer
✔ 1 sachet Dr Oetker Gelatine
✔ Ice-cream plate
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Jelly Base
- Mix 60ml of boiling water with 1 teaspoon of Red Berry Water Flavouring.
- Add half a sachet of gelatine, stir well, and pour into a serving dish.
- Place in the fridge to set.
2️⃣ Prepare the Mousse
- Add a drop of boiling water to the remaining gelatine and mix in a drop of Red Berry Water Flavouring.
- Add half a sachet of Vanilla Ice-Cream Shake to the gelatine mixture.
- Top up with 60ml of cold water and mix to create a light mousse.
- Spoon the mousse over the set jelly and return to the fridge to set.
3️⃣ Make the Berry Ripple Ice Cream
- Mix 60ml of cold water with the remaining Vanilla Ice-Cream Shake powder.
- Pour onto the ice-cream plate and leave for 1 minute.
- Add a drop of Red Berry Water Flavouring and swirl to create a ripple effect.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve
- Spoon the ice cream on top of the mousse layer.
- Cut the Vanilla Cream Wafer in half and place on top.
