Chocolate & Salted Caramel Cake Pops 🍫🍯
What You’ll Need:
✔ 1 pack Chocolate Brownie
✔ 1 pack Salted Caramel Cake
✔ 120ml cold water
✔ Cake pop stand & sticks
✔ Crushed Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Mixtures
- In separate bowls, mix the Chocolate Brownie with 60ml cold water and the Salted Caramel Cake with 60ml cold water.
- Stir well until a thick batter forms.
2️⃣ Add the Crunch
- Add half a crushed Apple & Cinnamon Biscuit to each mixture and mix well.
3️⃣ Microwave the Mixtures
- Microwave each bowl for 30 seconds until slightly set.
4️⃣ Shape the Cake Balls
- Remove from the microwave and roll the mixtures into small cake balls.
5️⃣ Air Fry for a Crispy Finish
- Place the cake balls onto a greaseproof sheet and air fry at 150°C for 5 minutes.
6️⃣ Cool & Coat
- Let the cake balls cool in the fridge for 2 minutes.
- Cover them in caramel sauce and roll them in crushed Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits.
7️⃣ Assemble & Serve
- Insert cake pop sticks and place them on a cake pop stand.
