Chocolate & Salted Caramel Cake Pops 🍫🍯

What You’ll Need:

✔ 1 pack Chocolate Brownie
✔ 1 pack Salted Caramel Cake
120ml cold water
Cake pop stand & sticks
Crushed Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits


Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Mixtures

  • In separate bowls, mix the Chocolate Brownie with 60ml cold water and the Salted Caramel Cake with 60ml cold water.
  • Stir well until a thick batter forms.

2️⃣ Add the Crunch

  • Add half a crushed Apple & Cinnamon Biscuit to each mixture and mix well.

3️⃣ Microwave the Mixtures

  • Microwave each bowl for 30 seconds until slightly set.

4️⃣ Shape the Cake Balls

  • Remove from the microwave and roll the mixtures into small cake balls.

5️⃣ Air Fry for a Crispy Finish

  • Place the cake balls onto a greaseproof sheet and air fry at 150°C for 5 minutes.

6️⃣ Cool & Coat

  • Let the cake balls cool in the fridge for 2 minutes.
  • Cover them in caramel sauce and roll them in crushed Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits.

7️⃣ Assemble & Serve

  • Insert cake pop sticks and place them on a cake pop stand.
  • Enjoy your delicious, protein-packed cake pops! 🍡✨
