⚠️ Can a Person with Epilepsy Follow This Diet?

Important Advisory for Individuals with Epilepsy

At The New You Plan, your health and safety are our highest priorities. We are committed to ensuring our program is safe, effective, and aligned with current medical guidelines.

Following NHS guidelines, our plan is not recommended for individuals diagnosed with epilepsy.

There is currently limited clinical evidence regarding the safety and suitability of Very Low-Calorie Diets (VLCDs) for those living with epilepsy. No recognised studies have been conducted to confirm that this type of diet is safe for individuals with this condition.

🩺 Speak with Your Healthcare Provider

If you have epilepsy and are considering any dietary changes, we strongly advise consulting your GP or specialist. They can provide personalised advice and help you determine the best nutritional approach for your individual health needs.
