Chocolate Caramel Éclair 🍫🍮
What You’ll Need…
✔ 1 pack Salted Caramel Cake Mix
✔ 1 pack Chocolate Caramel Shake
✔ Water (for thinning the cake mix)
Method:
1️⃣ Bake the Éclair Base
- Spoon the thick caramel cake mix into a mould.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until firm.
2️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Filling
- Save a spoonful of the cake mix and add more water to create a runny, gooey cream texture.
3️⃣ Prepare the Chocolate Coating
- Mix the Chocolate Caramel Shake according to package instructions, saving a spoonful to use as a sauce.
4️⃣ Coat & Set
- Dip the baked cake into the shake mix and refrigerate for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle the watered-down cake mix over the top and let it set.
5️⃣ Fill the Éclair
- Create a hole in the end of the cake.
- Squirt the remaining shake sauce into the middle for a creamy filling.
