Chocolate Caramel Muffins 🍫🧁

What You’ll Need…

✔ 1 pack Salted Caramel Cake Mix
✔ 1 pack Chocolate Brownie Mix
✔ 1 pack Cookies & Cream Flavour Shake
Water


Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the Moulds

  • Place two silver metal round moulds on a greaseproof sheet.

2️⃣ Layer the Batter

  • Add two drops of Salted Caramel Cake mix and two drops of Chocolate Brownie mix into each round mould.

3️⃣ Bake the Muffins

  • Bake in the oven at 100°C (212°F) for 15 minutes until set.

4️⃣ Prepare the Creamy Topping

  • Mix the Cookies & Cream Shake with water to achieve a thick consistency.

5️⃣ Assemble & Serve

  • Slice the baked muffins in half.
  • Serve with the thick shake mixture as a creamy topping.
