Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie Cake Recipe 🍫🌰
What You’ll Need:
✔ 1 pack of Chocolate Brownie mix
✔ 1 pack of Hazelnut Shake
✔ 1 New You Shaker
✔ 100ml cold water
✔ 2 cake slice silicone moulds
✔ 1 bowl
✔ 1 plate
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Brownie Batter
- Add the Chocolate Brownie mix to a bowl with 50ml cold water.
- Stir well until you achieve a thick consistency.
2️⃣ Mold & Bake
- Spoon the mixture into 2 silicone slice moulds.
- Tap the mould gently to release air bubbles and evenly distribute the mix.
- Save some of the mixture for the final topping.
- Place the moulds into an air fryer or oven for about 10 minutes, until the top is crispy like cake.
3️⃣ Cool & Prepare the Cream
- Remove from the oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
- Pop the cake slices out onto a plate & allow them to cool completely.
- In a New You Shaker Bottle, add 50ml water and pour in the Chocolate Hazelnut Shake mix.
- Shake well for 20 seconds to create a thick hazelnut cream.
4️⃣ Assemble the Cake
- Spoon the hazelnut cream onto one slice of chocolate cake, then place the other cake slice on top.
- Pour the remaining Chocolate Brownie mix over the top for a decadent finish.
- Spoon the remaining hazelnut cream onto the plate next to the cake, garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy!
