Chocolate Mint Cupcake 🧁🍫🌿

What You’ll Need:

✔ 1  Salted Caramel Cake
✔ 1  Mint Chocolate Bar
✔ 1  Mint Chocolate Shake
30ml water


Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Mix

  • Follow the packet instructions for the Salted Caramel Cake mix.

2️⃣ Bake the Cupcakes

  • Pour the cake mix into cupcake cases.
  • Cook in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 12 minutes until firm and golden.

3️⃣ Prepare the Shake Topping

  • Mix 30ml water with the Mint Chocolate Shake powder until it reaches a drizzling consistency.

4️⃣ Add the Topping

  • Once the cupcakes have cooled slightly, drizzle the mint chocolate shake mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle with chopped Mint Chocolate Bar for a crunchy finish.
