Chocolate Profiteroles 🍫✨

What You’ll Need…

✔ 1 pack Salted Caramel Cake Mix
✔ 1 pack Vanilla Flavoured Shake
✔ 1 pack Chocolate Brownie Mix
✔ 30ml water

Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the Profiterole Base

• Mix the Salted Caramel Cake mix with 30ml water until well combined.
• Spoon the mixture onto an oven tray and bake according to package instructions.
• Let cool completely.

2️⃣ Prepare the Vanilla Cream Filling

• Mix the Vanilla Shake with water as per package instructions to create a smooth, creamy filling.

3️⃣ Fill the Profiteroles

• Slice the cooled caramel base and fill each piece with the vanilla cream shake mixture.

4️⃣ Make the Chocolate Topping

• Mix 2 tablespoons of Chocolate Brownie Mix with enough water to form a thick paste.
• Spoon the chocolate topping over each filled caramel piece.

5️⃣ Save for Later

• Store any remaining brownie mix paste for later use in making cookies.
