Chocolate Teacakes 🍫☕

What You’ll Need…

✔ 1 pack Chocolate Brownie Mix
✔ 1 pack Vanilla Ice Cream Shake
✔ 1 teaspoon Red Berry Water Flavouring
✔ Apple & Cinnamon Biscuit
1 sachet gelatine


Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the Chocolate Shell

  • Mix the Chocolate Brownie Mix with 40ml of water.
  • Coat the inside of a mould with the mixture and pop it in the freezer to set.

2️⃣ Make the Ice Cream Filling

  • Mix the Vanilla Ice Cream Shake with 50ml of water until thick.
  • Pour into the chilled chocolate mould and return to the freezer to firm up.

3️⃣ Prepare the Jam Layer

  • Mix 1 teaspoon of Red Berry Water Flavouring with a tiny bit of gelatine and hot water.
  • Refrigerate until set.

4️⃣ Make the Biscuit Layer

  • Crush 1 Apple & Cinnamon Biscuit and mix with a little water to form a soft crumbly texture.

5️⃣ Assemble the Teacakes

  • Spoon the set jam and biscuit mixture over the ice cream layer.
  • Carefully remove from the mould and serve.
