Crunchy Caramel Chocolate Brownie Bite 🍫❤️
What You’ll Need…
✔ 1 pack Chocolate Caramel Muesli
✔ 1 pack Chocolate Brownie
✔ 1 teaspoon Red Berry Water Flavouring
✔ 1 sachet Dr Oetker Gelatine
✔ Silicone letter moulds
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Jelly Letters
- Add 60ml of boiling water to half a sachet of gelatine and 1 teaspoon of Red Berry Water Flavouring.
- Mix well and pour into silicone letter moulds.
- Place in the fridge to set.
2️⃣ Make the Muesli Brownie Base
- Mix the Chocolate Caramel Muesli and Chocolate Brownie with 150ml of cold water until well combined.
3️⃣ Cook the Brownie Base
- Spoon the Muesli Brownie Mix onto a crepe maker and spread it out evenly.
- Use a knife to cut it into a heart shape.
- After 2 minutes, flip it over.
- Once crispy, remove carefully and place on a plate.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve
- Drizzle with a teaspoon of Brownie Mix.
- Arrange the jelly letters on top.
