TFR – Total Food Replacement
VLCD – Very Low-Calorie Diet
RDA – Recommended Daily Allowance
Ketosis – When your body switches to burning fat for fuel, leading to fast weight loss and increased energy.
Mr K / Keto Fairy – The magical moment when you enter ketosis, usually around 3 days after starting the plan.
Ketosis Breath – A potential side effect of ketosis.
