💰 How to Redeem Your Discount Codes or Vouchers

Whether you are using points you have earned or applying a special promotional code, here is a quick guide to help you save on your next order.

🎁 Redeeming Your Points

✅ Make sure your basket total is higher than your points value
For example, if you have £10 worth of points, your basket total must be at least £11.

✅ Apply your points at checkout

• Go to the checkout page
• Select the option to "Apply" your points
• The value will be deducted from your total

🏷️ Using a Promotional Code

✅ Enter your promotional code at checkout

• Type the code exactly as it appears into the "Discount" box
• Click "Apply" to activate the offer
• Your discount will be automatically deducted from the total

✅ Proceed to payment
Once the discount has been applied, continue to the checkout page to complete your purchase.

⚠️ Important to Note

• Points cannot be used with other discounts, such as vouchers or promotional codes
• All points must be used in a single transaction
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts
• Self-referred accounts will have credit removed and will be blocked from the referral programme
• After applying points or a promotional code, your final spend must exceed £80.00 to qualify for free delivery
