Referring friends to our diet program is simple and rewarding. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Unique Referral Code: Each customer is assigned a unique referral code corresponding to their email address registered with their New You account. You can refer friends by entering their email addresses from your account in the Referrals Dashboard.
2. Manual Email Sharing: Share your email address with friends manually. When they place an order, they should enter your email address during the registration stage of the checkout process when prompted about being referred by a friend. Please ensure the email address is case-sensitive and entered exactly as provided.
3. Facebook Referral: You can refer friends through Facebook. Go to the "Recommend a Friend" section in your account on our website. There, you'll find a link named "Click here to share your referral code on Facebook." Clicking this link allows you to easily share your referral code with your friends. If you're not signed into Facebook, you'll be prompted to sign in.

Redeeming Referral Points:

• Ensure that the total value of your basket exceeds the number of points you possess. For example, if you have £10 worth of points, your basket total should be at least £11 or more.
• To apply these points during the checkout process, simply click on the "Apply" option.

Please Note:

• Points cannot be used with any other form of discount, such as vouchers or discount codes.
• All points must be used at once and cannot be spread across multiple orders or transferred between accounts.
• Self-referred accounts will have all credit removed and will be blocked from future participation in our referral program.
