Referring a friend to The New You Plan is simple, rewarding and a great way to share your journey with others. When your friend places an order using your referral details, you both benefit — and it only takes a few moments to get started.

📩 Ways to Refer a Friend

📧 Using Your Unique Referral Code
Each customer is assigned a unique referral code, which is linked to the email address registered to their New You account.

To refer a friend using this method:

• Go to your Referrals Dashboard in your New You account
• Enter your friend's email address
• They will receive an invitation with your referral code

📨 Manual Email Sharing
You can also share your registered New You email address directly with your friend.

When they place their first order, they should:

• Enter your email address during the registration stage at checkout
• Make sure the email is entered exactly as it appears on your account (it is case sensitive)

📘 Referring via Facebook
To share your referral on Facebook:

• Go to the "Recommend a Friend" section of your account
• Click the link titled "Click here to share your referral code on Facebook"
• You will be prompted to sign in to Facebook if you are not already logged in

This makes it easy to spread the word and invite friends with just a few clicks.

🎁 How to Use Your Referral Points

When your friend places an order using your referral details, you will earn points. To redeem them:

• Make sure the total value of your basket is more than the value of your points (for example, if you have £10 in points, your basket must total at least £11)
• At checkout, click "Apply" to use your points

⚠️ Important to Know

• Referral points cannot be used alongside other discounts, including vouchers or discount codes
• All points must be used in a single transaction
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts
• Self-referrals are not allowed — any credit from self-referred accounts will be removed, and the accounts may be blocked from future participation
