Every customer has a unique referral code, linked to the email address registered on their New You account.

To refer a friend:

  1. Log into your New You account

  2. Go to your Referrals Dashboard

  3. Enter your friend’s email address

  4. They’ll receive an invitation with your referral code


šŸ“Ø Share Your Registered Email Address

You can also refer a friend by sharing the email address registered to your New You account.

When your friend places their first order, they should:

  • Enter your email address during registration at checkout

  • Make sure it’s entered exactly as it appears on your account (it is case sensitive)

To do this:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Go to Recommend a Friend

  3. Click ā€œClick here to share your referral code on Facebookā€

Once your friend places an order using your referral details, £20 in New You Points will be added to your account.

To redeem your points:

  • Your basket total must be higher than your points value
    (for example, £20 in points = minimum £21 basket)

  • Referral points cannot be used alongside other discounts or codes.

  • All referral points must be used in one transaction.

  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

  • All referrals are checked to ensure they meet our terms.

  • Self-referrals are not allowed. Any credit from self-referrals will be removed, and accounts may be restricted.

  • Referrals must be for genuine new customers at a different address — accounts at the same address cannot qualify.

  • Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts or attempts to abuse the programme may be disqualified.
