England Warehouse: Serves mainland UK customers.
During busy periods, our Northern Ireland warehouse may assist with dispatching UK mainland orders to prevent delays. Please note that this could extend dispatch times, especially if a product is out of stock at our England warehouse.

Parcelforce: Requires a signature upon delivery and cannot leave parcels unattended. If you are not home, the driver can:
Reschedule the delivery for the next day
Leave the parcel with a neighbour
Take the parcel to your local Post Office for collection
