We deliver to the UK, Ireland, and a wide range of international destinations. At checkout, you can select the delivery option that best fits your needs and budget. We offer free delivery on all UK and ROI orders over £80.00/€103.20. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge of £5.99 (UK Mainland) €6.44 (ROI) will apply.

Our Warehouses

We have two main warehouses: one based in Northern Ireland and one in England.

• Northern Ireland Warehouse: Handles orders for Ireland, Northern Ireland, and International customers.
• England Warehouse: Serves mainland UK customers.

During busy periods, our Northern Ireland warehouse may assist with dispatching orders for UK mainland customers to prevent delays. However, please be aware that this could lead to extended dispatch times, especially if a product is out of stock at our England warehouse.

Deliveries generally take between 1-3 working days, depending on the courier you select.

Delivery Tips:

• Allow up to three days: To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend allowing up to three working days from dispatch for your parcel to arrive.
• Order ahead: For peace of mind and to cover all eventualities, we suggest ordering 3-4 days ahead of when you need your packs to ensure timely arrival.

Delivery Options at Checkout

At checkout, you have the option to choose between DPD or Parcelforce for your delivery.

• DPD: DPD provides live tracking updates for your delivery. The driver can leave your parcel in a safe place without requiring a signature. Please note, by selecting DPD, you agree to this option.
• Parcelforce: Parcelforce requires a signature upon delivery and cannot leave parcels in a safe place. If you're not home, the driver has three options:
  1. Reschedule the delivery for the next day.
  2. Leave the parcel with a neighbour.
  3. Take the parcel to your local Post Office for collection.

Delays & Notifications

If there are any delays, they will be highlighted at checkout so you can plan accordingly.
