The Switch Plan allows you to combine our nutritionally complete Total Food Replacement (TFR) products with healthy conventional foods. You can mix and match different day types to suit your mood, energy levels, social schedule, or weight loss goals — giving you the power to personalise your plan while staying on track.


🗓️ The Four Switch Plan Day Types

You’ll use a combination of the following four day types to build a routine that works for you:

🔥 Boost Days

Low-calorie days (800 calories or less) focused on rapid weight loss using only New You products, or a mix with light, low-calorie meals.

🥗 Nourish Days

Higher-calorie days using New You products plus healthy meals, helping you enjoy more flexibility while maintaining control.

🥂 Occasion Days

Planned breaks for social events or holidays where you can enjoy food without guilt, then seamlessly return to your plan.

💨 Sprints

Powerful resets using 5 or more consecutive Boost Days — great for kickstarting your journey or breaking through a plateau.
