• Excluding someone on purpose or encouraging others to do so
• Spreading rumours, gossip, or making untrue claims about someone
• Saying things that undermine another person’s confidence or make them feel unwelcome
• Using dismissive or intimidating language—even if it seems like “banter” or a joke

Remember: Bullying isn’t always loud or obvious. If someone is left feeling sad, intimidated, or left out, it’s not okay.

• Every report is logged and monitored
  This helps us spot patterns and look after everyone’s well-being.

• A neutral Customer Care panel will review your report
  Your situation will be looked at by team members who aren’t personally involved, to ensure fairness for all.

• We’ll take action based on our group rules and this policy
  We treat every case with empathy, care, and consistency.

4️⃣ What Could Happen?

• No Action Taken
  If we find that bullying hasn’t occurred, we’ll still help mediate and resolve any misunderstandings with kindness.

• Immediate Ban
  If bullying is clear, that member will be removed from the group to keep our community safe and uplifting for everyone.
