We want to ensure your delivery experience is smooth and stress-free! Both DPD and Parcelforce offer flexible options to get your parcel to you exactly when and where you need it.
š¦ Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number will be provided once your order has been marked as dispatched. You can monitor the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Your account dashboard will display your most recent orders and their current status beneath your name.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number. If your order is marked as dispatched but you can't find the email, please check your spam folder. The email subject line will state "Your order has left the building" and will be sent from [email protected]. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

DPD provides live tracking and real-time updates, giving you full control over your delivery.
