Vanilla and Berry Mousse with a Vanilla and Berry jelly and cream sauce topping 🍓🍏
What You’ll Need:
✔ 1 pack Vanilla Ice Cream Shake
✔ Red Berry Water Flavouring
✔ 1 pack Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits
✔ ½ sachet gelatin
✔ 25ml water
Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Jelly
- Mix 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Shake powder with ½ sachet of gelatin and a drop of Berry Flavouring.
- Add a couple of drops of water, stir well, and place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
2️⃣ Make the Biscuit Base
- Break up 2 Apple & Cinnamon Biscuits and mix with 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Shake powder and a small amount of water to form crumbs that hold together.
- Press into the bottom of your serving dish.
3️⃣ Prepare the Mousse
- Mix the remaining Vanilla Shake powder (reserving 1 teaspoon for topping) with 25ml water, a sprinkle of Berry Flavouring, and the other half of the gelatin sachet.
- Place in the fridge to set for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Assemble the Dessert
- After 5 minutes, layer the Vanilla Mousse on top of the chilled biscuit base.
- Slice the set jelly and rub Berry Flavouring into the pieces before placing them on top of the mousse.
5️⃣ Prepare the Sauce & Finish
- Mix the reserved teaspoon of Vanilla Shake powder with a little water and Berry Flavouring to create a smooth sauce.
- Drizzle the berry sauce over the dessert and serve!
