Every point you accumulate holds value and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Point Value:
Each point is worth £0.01, meaning 100 points = £1 off your order.

Referral Bonus:
The referral program rewards you with 1,000 points (£10 discount) when you refer a friend who completes a purchase.

How to Redeem Your Points

• Ensure Your Basket Total Exceeds Your Points Value
  Example: If you have £10 worth of points, your basket total must be at least £11 or more.
• Apply Your Points at Checkout
  During checkout, click the "Apply" button to deduct your points from the total cost.

Important Notes:

• Points cannot be used with other discounts, such as vouchers or discount codes.
• All points must be used in a single transaction—they cannot be spread across multiple orders.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Self-referred accounts will have all credit removed and will be blocked from future participation in the referral program.
