⚖️ How Does a Boost Day Work?

There are two ways to structure a Boost Day, depending on how much flexibility you want:

1. Total Boost

Stick to only New You Total Food Replacement (TFR) products throughout the day.

  • Consume 4–5 New You meals (depending on your BMI)
  • No conventional food
  • Keeps you fully nourished while staying under 800 kcal

2. Balance Boost

Combine New You products with small portions of conventional low-calorie foods for more variety.

  • Use 2–3 New You products
  • Add 1–2 light meals made from lean protein and non-starchy vegetables

  • A bit more flexibility
  • To enjoy fresh food
  • To ease into or out of full TFR

  • Protein: Grilled chicken breast, turkey, white fish, tofu
  • Vegetables: Steamed broccoli, courgettes, green beans, leafy salads
  • Flavourings: Lemon juice, herbs, chilli flakes, balsamic vinegar
  • Drinks: Water, black tea/coffee, green leaf teas (within hydration guidelines)

  • Carbs (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes)
  • High-fat foods (cheese, oils, fried food)
  • Sugar, alcohol, and processed snacks
