There are two ways to structure a Boost Day, depending on how much flexibility you want:

Stick to only New You Total Food Replacement (TFR) products throughout the day.
- Consume 4–5 New You meals (depending on your BMI)
- No conventional food
- Keeps you fully nourished while staying under 800 kcal
✔ Nutritionally complete
✔ Simple and structured
✔ Ideal for rapid results
✅ 2. Balance Boost
Combine New You products with small portions of conventional low-calorie foods for more variety.
- Use 2–3 New You products
- Add 1–2 light meals made from lean protein and non-starchy vegetables
Balance Boost is perfect if you want:
- A bit more flexibility
- To enjoy fresh food
- To ease into or out of full TFR

- Drinks: Water, black tea/coffee, green leaf teas (within hydration guidelines)
