🧡 Switch Nourish Day Overview

A Nourish Day is one of the four flexible day types in the New You Switch Plan. It allows you to eat more than 800 calories while staying mindful of your nutrition and goals.

It’s perfect for:

  • Adding variety to your week
  • Reducing restriction while staying on plan
  • Supporting long-term weight loss or maintenance
  • Reintroducing conventional food after a full TFR or Boost phase

🥗 What Makes It a Nourish Day?

On a Nourish Day, you’ll combine New You TFR products with healthy, balanced meals made from real food.

You can structure your day in two ways:

1. Simple Nourish

  • One healthy meal (conventional food)
  • 2–3 New You products
  • Calories typically range from 900–1200

2. Relax Nourish

  • Two or three small healthy meals
  • 1–2 New You products (optional)
  • Ideal for maintenance or lifestyle flexibility
  • Calories typically range from 1200–1600+

🍽️ What Can I Eat on a Nourish Day?

🥩 Protein Options:

  • Grilled chicken, turkey, lean beef
  • White fish, salmon, prawns
  • Eggs, tofu, low-fat cottage cheese
  • Lentils, chickpeas, or beans

🥦 Vegetables:

  • Leafy greens, broccoli, courgettes, peppers, mushrooms
  • Roasted, steamed, stir-fried, or in a salad

🌾 Carbohydrates (in moderation):

  • Brown rice, quinoa, oats, sweet potato
  • Whole grain wraps or crackers

🥑 Healthy Fats (small amounts):

  • Avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds

❌ Avoid:

  • Fried foods, creamy sauces
  • White bread, sugary snacks
  • Processed or high-calorie convenience meals

  • Use Boost Days (≤800 kcal) to focus on fat-burning
  • Use Nourish Days to prevent burnout, enjoy more food, or support maintenance
  • Alternate days or use Nourish Days for weekends, busier days, or social occasions
