If you're in weight loss mode, you’ll remain in a calorie deficit, and if you're in maintenance, you’ll eat up to your maintenance level. The goal is to enjoy the foods you love while focusing on nutrition and balance, introducing more variety, and feeling replenished without compromising your progress.


Ways to Structure Your Nourish Days:

  • Four Total Packs with a Home-Cooked Meal: Combine four of our Total packs with a delicious homemade meal, adding an optional snack and your milk allowance for a satisfying day.
