Understanding Your Delivery Options & How to Track Your ParcelUpdated a month ago

We want to ensure your delivery experience is smooth and stress-free! Both DPD and Parcelforce offer flexible options to get your parcel to you exactly when and where you need it. 

Your tracking number will only be provided once your order has been marked as dispatched. You can monitor the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. After logging in, your account dashboard will display your most recent orders and their current status, conveniently located beneath your name.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking number. If your order is marked as dispatched but you can't find the email please check your spam folder. The email subject line will state "Your order has left the building" and the email will be sent from [email protected]. The dispatch email will also include your delivery and billing address. Please keep in mind that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to show up after dispatch.

📦 DPD Delivery: Flexibility & Convenience
DPD provides live tracking and real-time updates, giving you full control over your delivery.

What to Expect:
✅ Tracking Updates: Receive an email and SMS with tracking details, including a live tracking link and a one-hour delivery window. On the morning of your delivery, you’ll get an update with your expected delivery time and the driver’s name.
✅ Leave Safe Option: Choose to have your parcel left in a safe place without requiring a signature. You can also request delivery to a neighbour or a designated safe location. By selecting this option, you acknowledge that a signature will not be required.
App Control: The DPD App lets you:

  • Change your delivery date
  • Add special instructions
  • Reschedule your delivery
  • Receive real-time notifications

📦 Parcelforce Delivery: Signature Required with Inflight Options
Parcelforce ensures a secure delivery process with additional rescheduling options.

What to Expect:
✅ Tracking & Notifications: Receive an email and SMS with tracking details, including a one-hour delivery window and the driver’s name. If you’re not home during the first attempt, you’ll be informed about the next steps.
Signature Required: Unlike DPD, Parcelforce requires a signature upon delivery and cannot leave parcels in a safe place. However, if you're not home, they offer alternative options:

  • Reschedule the delivery for the next day
  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office for collection
    Inflight Interactive Options: Need to adjust your delivery? Parcelforce provides interactive options before your delivery time, allowing you to:
  • Deliver to a neighbour
  • Send to a local Post Office
  • Reschedule for tomorrow or the day after
    App Control: The Parcelforce App lets you:
  • Track your parcel in real time
  • Reschedule deliveries
  • Reroute to a neighbour or Post Office
