Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. If that’s the case, we’re here to help.

Before requesting a cancellation, we kindly ask if you would be happy to share your reason for cancelling. Whether it’s a change in circumstances, uncertainty about the plan, or something else — our team may be able to offer advice, support or an alternative that works better for you.


How to Request a Cancellation

If you still wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

🚚 Has Your Order Been Dispatched?

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched:
    We’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already been dispatched:
    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel it at that stage. However, if the item is unopened, you may return it to us for a refund, subject to our discretion.


Out of Hours and Weekend Orders

We understand that sometimes you may need to reach us outside of our usual working hours.
Please note that if you contact us during these times or over the weekend, we may not see your message until we re-open, and it may be too late to prevent your order from being processed and dispatched.

Our customer service hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5.30pm
Friday: 9am – 4.30pm
Closed on weekends.
