The New You Plan: Tailored to Your Weight Loss Journey

The Total Food Replacement (TFR) Plan is a structured, nutritionally complete programme designed to help you lose weight safely and effectively. While following the Total Plan, you do not need to add conventional foods, including fruit and vegetables.

All of our Total products are specially formulated to include:

  • 100% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of essential vitamins and minerals
  • The right balance of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fibre
  • A low calorie intake to support steady and safe weight loss

For best results, we recommend sticking to the recommended number of Total products per day based on your weight:

  • 4 products per day if you are under 17 stone
  • 5 products per day if you are over 17 stone

This ensures you are fully nourished while staying in a safe calorie deficit.

If you would like to include conventional foods such as vegetables, salads, or lean proteins in your diet, we recommend exploring our Switch Plan.

The Switch Plan allows you to combine New You products with healthy meals, offering more flexibility and variety while still supporting your weight loss goals.

Switch Plan Day Types:

🔹 Boost Day (800 calories or less)

  • Total Boost: Use only New You products
  • Balance Boost: Mix meal packs with a small low-calorie meal (e.g., salad or lean protein)

🔹 Nourish Day (more than 800 calories)

  • Simple Nourish: One ordinary meal with meal packs
  • Relax Nourish: Two to three low-calorie meals with or without packs

🔹 Occasion Day

A planned day off for special events. These are best kept occasional and balanced within your overall journey.

🔹 Sprints

Do five or more consecutive Boost Days for a focused fat-burning phase. Ideal for a reset or kickstart.
