Can I modify my order after placing it?
We understand that sometimes you may want to make a change to your order after placing it. While we always aim to help where we can, once your order has been received and processed in our system, we are unable to make changes to it.
In most cases, we would need to cancel your current order and help you place a new one instead.

Have your order number ready so we can assist you quickly.
➕ Adding Items to an Existing Order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to help by:
- Placing a new order for the additional items, and
- Combining it with your existing order to save on postage and packaging
This is not guaranteed and depends on how far along your order is in our dispatch system.
⏰ Our Customer Service Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5.30pm
- Friday: 9am – 4.30pm
- Closed on weekends
⏳ Out of Hours Requests
If you contact us outside of our working hours or over the weekend, please note that we may not see your message until we reopen. By that time, your order may already be processed and dispatched.
To give us the best chance of helping you, we recommend contacting us as early as possible during business hours.
