Crispy Potato Balls 🥔✨

What you’ll need:
✔ 1 pot Potato, Leek & Cheese Meal
✔ Slightly less water than instructed
✔ 1 bowl
✔ 1 handful NYP crisps (Salt & Vinegar recommended)
✔ 1 spoon (dessert-sized)
✔ Air fryer
✔ (Optional) Seasonings of your choice (pepper, herbs, paprika)


Method:
1️⃣ Prepare the Pot Meal
Cook the Potato, Leek & Cheese pot using slightly less water than usual to make the mixture thick and scoopable. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Crush the Crisps
While waiting, crush a handful of crisps until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Set aside for coating.

3️⃣ Season & Mix
Add any extra seasonings you like to the pot meal and mix thoroughly. The mixture should be thick enough to hold its shape.

4️⃣ Form the Balls
Scoop out dessert spoon-sized portions and roll them into rough balls.

5️⃣ Coat in Crisps
Roll each ball in the crushed crisps to coat evenly.

6️⃣ Air Fry to Crispiness
Place the coated balls in a preheated air fryer at 200°C. Cook for 10–14 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
