Egg Fried Rice, Daal Sauce & Burger Bites 🍳🍛🍔



This delicious combo of egg fried rice, thick daal sauce, and crispy burger bites is packed with flavour and perfect for mixing up your New You meals! 😍


What You’ll Need…

✔ 1 pack Indian Daal curry & rice meal
✔ 1 pack Omelette Mix
1 pack Burger Mix
Water
Sieve
Non-stick frying pan
Microwave-safe bowl
Air fryer


Method:

🍚 Egg Fried Rice

  1. Sieve the daal powder from the Daal Pot to separate the rice and lentils.
  2. Soak the rice and lentils in water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cook on the hob for a few minutes until soft, then drain well.
  4. Prepare the Omelette Mix as per instructions.
  5. Add the cooked rice/lentils into the omelette mixture and fry in a non-stick pan like a scramble or pancake until golden and set.

🍛 Daal Sauce

  1. Take the reserved daal powder and mix with water to your preferred consistency.
  2. Microwave until hot and thick — this becomes your rich daal sauce.

🍔 Burger Bites

  1. Prepare the Burger Mix as per instructions and shape into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook in the air fryer at 200°C for 8 minutes until crisp and golden.

To Serve:

  • Plate up your egg fried rice, spoon over the daal sauce, and add your crispy burger bites on the side.
  • Enjoy a flavour-packed, protein-rich dinner that feels like a real treat! 😋🔥

Top Tip: Add a sprinkle of fresh herbs or chopped chilli for an extra kick! 🌶️🌿
