Each product is designed for a Very Low-Calorie Diet (VLCD) to keep you on track.


Daily Nutrition


To keep you fully nourished, you'll consume 4 to 5 Total Food Replacement (TFR) or VLCD products each day. These products ensure you meet 100% of your recommended daily allowance (RDA), providing you with everything you need to stay healthy while losing weight.

How to Create Your Perfect Menu Plan


The New You Plan gives you the flexibility to design your meals each day based on your individual needs.


Determine Your Daily Needs:


Over 17 stone: Aim for 5 Total Products each day.

Under 17 stone: 4 Total Products is the recommended amount.

Mind the Bars: Our bars are a delightful treat, but it's best to limit your intake to one per day, as consuming too many may act as a laxative.

Design Your Day:


Here’s a suggested daily meal plan to keep you on track and feeling satisfied:


9 AM: Start your day with a Total Shake, Soup, Meal Pot, or Bar.

Noon: Choose from the same lineup to mix it up.

4 PM: A pick-me-up with another Total Meal option.

7 PM: End your day with your favourite choice from the Total range.

Daily Snack Choices:


Crisps/Tortillas: Enjoy one pack each day. Choose from our delicious options!

Fluffy Bars & Cookies: Perfect for a snack—enjoy one each day.

Snacks 2-3 Times a Week:


Biscuits: Enjoy up to 2-3 mini packets of biscuits weekly.

Wafers: Have up to 2-3 packets per week.

Chocolate Loops and Chocolate Balls: Limit to 2-3 portions weekly.

Staying Hydrated


Hydration is key to your success. Aim to drink 2.5 to 4 litres of water daily. Here’s how to manage your drinks:


Water: Tap, bottled still, or sparkling water are all great choices. Avoid using non-approved flavourings; use New You Water Flavourings for a refreshing touch.

Tea and Coffee: Black tea and coffee are excellent choices. You can also enjoy green leaf teas but avoid flower or fruit teas.

Milk: You can add a splash of skimmed, almond, or soy milk to your tea or coffee, but keep it to 250ml per day. Drinks with milk don't count towards your water intake.

You can use artificial sweeteners in tablet form for your tea and coffee, but avoid powdered versions.

If you're looking for more flexibility in your plan, the New You Switch Plan allows you to adjust based on your lifestyle while still losing or maintaining weight. Here's how:


Boost Day (800 Calories or Less)


A Boost Day helps accelerate weight loss by keeping your calorie intake under 800. You can use only Total Diet Replacement products or mix them with low-calorie foods like vegetables.


Total Boost: Stick to 800 calories with only New You products.

Balance Boost: Add variety with low-calorie meals like salads or protein-based dishes.

Boost Days are great for those looking to supercharge their weight loss and increase fat burning, especially when paired with intermittent fasting.


Nourish Day (More Than 800 Calories)


On a Nourish Day, enjoy meals that go beyond 800 calories but still maintain a calorie deficit for weight loss, or eat up to your maintenance level for weight maintenance. It’s all about balance and enjoyment.


Simple Nourish: Enjoy one regular meal and Total Meal Packs.

Relax Nourish: Have two to three low-calorie meals, such as lean proteins and vegetables.

Nourish Days are a perfect way to enjoy your meals without feeling restricted.


Occasion Day (Planned Day Off)


Occasion Days are designed for special events or holidays where you can relax and enjoy food without worrying about calories. Just keep it minimal if weight loss is your goal.


Sprints (5 or More Boost Days in a Row)


For those who want intense weight loss, try a Sprint with five or more consecutive Boost Days. This can help reset your body, burn fat quickly, and boost your progress. Even for maintenance, a Sprint every few months can keep you on track.
