How many bars can I have a day on the Total Plan?Updated a day ago

Meal Replacement Bars are a convenient and tasty part of your New You Plan, offering variety and flexibility. However, due to their ingredients and fibre content, it is important to enjoy them in moderation.


We recommend having no more than one bar per day while following the Total Food Replacement (TFR) Plan.

This helps to:

  • Ensure balanced nutrition across your daily intake
  • Minimise the risk of digestive discomfort
  • Keep your plan as effective and safe as possible
