Making a purchase with The New You Plan is quick, simple and fully supported. Follow these easy steps to place your order with confidence.


Step 1: Create an Account

To get started, you will need to register for an account.
This allows you to:

  • Track your orders
  • Save your details for faster future checkouts
  • Access your personalised plans and order history

Step 2: Browse Our Store

Explore our wide range of products, including:

  • Total Food Replacement packs
  • Shakes, soups, meals, bars and snacks
  • Special bundles and offers
  • Flexible Switch Plan options

Add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket.


Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Once you are ready:

  • Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • Enter your shipping and payment details
  • Review your order
  • Click ‘Place Order’ to complete your purchase

Step 4: Order Confirmation Email

After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

Please note:
This does not mean your order has been accepted yet. It simply acknowledges that your order is in our system.


Step 5: Dispatch Confirmation Email

Your order is officially accepted and processed once you receive your Dispatch Confirmation email.

This email confirms:

  • That your items have been dispatched
  • That a contract has been formed between you and The New You Plan
