New You Pizza & New You Pasta 🍕🍝
What You’ll Need…
✔ 1 pack Pancake Mix
✔ 1 pack Tomato Soup
✔ 1 pack Burger Mix
✔ 1 pack Four Cheese Pasta
✔ Chilli Seeds
✔ Dried Onion Granules
✔ Fry Light Spray
✔ Chopped Chillies
Method for Pizza 🍕
1️⃣ Prepare the Pancake Base
- Add 60ml of cold water and some chilli seeds to the Pancake Mix.
- Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Tomato Sauce
- Mix 20ml of boiling water with half of the Tomato Soup pack.
- Stir and leave in a bowl.
3️⃣ Prepare the Burger Topping
- Add 50ml of cold water and dried onion granules to the Burger Mix.
4️⃣ Prepare the Cheese Sauce
- Sieve the pasta from the Four Cheese Pasta mix.
- Add 15ml of boiling water to the cheese mix to create a smooth, thick sauce.
5️⃣ Cook the Pancake Base
- Turn on the crepe maker and spray with Fry Light.
- Pour the Pancake Mix onto the crepe maker and turn over after 1 minute.
- Remove and place on a baking tray.
6️⃣ Assemble the Pizza
- Spoon the Tomato Soup mix over the pancake base.
- Use half of the Burger Mix to create small ball shapes and cook them on the crepe maker, turning after 30 seconds.
- Add the Burger Balls on top of the pancake.
- Drop small balls of cheese sauce around the pizza.
- Sprinkle with chopped chillies.
7️⃣ Bake & Serve
- Place in the oven or air fryer for 6 minutes at 180°C.
- Serve & enjoy!
Method for Pasta 🍝
1️⃣ Prepare the Tomato Sauce
- Add 50ml of boiling water to the remaining half of the Tomato Soup pack.
2️⃣ Cook the Pasta
- Add the pasta from the Four Cheese Pasta pack to boiling water.
- Leave for 5 minutes, then add to the centre of the Tomato Soup mix.
3️⃣ Prepare the Burger Topping
- Cook half a pack of Burger Mix on the crepe maker, turning after 60 seconds.
- Chop the cooked Burger Mix into small pieces and sprinkle around the pasta.
4️⃣ Finish & Serve
- Add chopped chillies for extra heat and serve!
