Start your morning with this tasty New You Quiche — light, flavourful, and super simple to make! Perfect for a savoury breakfast that feels indulgent but stays on plan. 😋🙌
What You’ll Need…
✔ 2 Omelette Packs
✔ Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, chives, coriander)
✔ Chopped chillies (optional for a kick)
✔ Black pepper
✔ Medium non-stick frying pan
✔ Small ramekin
✔ Air fryer
Method:
1️⃣ Make the Base
- Prepare 1 omelette pack according to instructions.
- Cook in a medium non-stick frying pan over low heat until fully set.
- Once cooked, carefully transfer the omelette into a small ramekin, shaping it to form a crust.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
- Make up the second omelette pack.
- Stir in fresh herbs, chillies, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the centre of the omelette base in the ramekin.
3️⃣ Bake the Quiche
- Place the ramekin into the air fryer on the bake setting at 160°C for 11 minutes.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
- Once golden and cooked through, remove carefully and serve warm.
