What You'll Need...
✔ 1 pack Mexican Tacos
✔ 1 pack Pancake Mix
✔ 1 pack Tomato Soup
✔ Chilli Seeds (optional, for extra spice)
✔ Fresh Chopped Chillies (for garnish)
✔ Fry Light Spray
Method...
1️⃣ Prepare the Pancake Batter
- Add 50ml of cold water to the Pancake Mix.
- Stir in chilli seeds and leave to stand for 3 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the Tomato Sauce
- Mix the Tomato Soup with 40ml of boiling water.
3️⃣ Cook the Taco Filling
- Add 100ml of boiling water to the Taco Mix, stir well.
- Microwave for 2 minutes until fully heated.
4️⃣ Cook the Pancakes
- Turn on the crepe maker and spray with Fry Light.
- Pour 3 equal-sized pancakes onto the crepe maker.
- Cook for 1 minute on each side until golden.
5️⃣ Assemble the Burritos
- Remove the pancakes and add the taco mix to each one.
- Roll up tightly and place on a plate.
6️⃣ Finish & Serve
- Pour the Tomato Soup sauce over the burritos.
- Sprinkle with fresh chopped chillies for extra spice.
