Step-by-Step Transition Plan:

  • Step 1: Start by replacing one of your four meal replacement packs with a healthy breakfast
  • Step 2: After a few days, replace a second pack with a healthy dinner, keeping two products per day
  • Step 3: Continue adding healthy, balanced meals as needed, while maintaining some nutritional structure with the use of New You products

This structured approach helps you ease into maintenance without overwhelming your body or reverting to old habits.
