Choosing Your Total Products


You have the flexibility to choose from a variety of Total Products to suit your preferences, including:


Total Shakes

Total Soups

Total Bars

Total Meal Pots

Total Meals (such as pasta, stews, and other dishes)

Total Breakfasts (like porridge)

You can mix and match these products throughout the day. Here's a simple example of how you might structure your meals:


9 AM: Choose from Total Shakes, Soups, Bars, Meal Pots, or Meals.

Noon: Select another option from the same range.

4 PM: Pick a different choice to keep things varied.

7 PM: Round off your day with another product.


Feel free to choose based on your tastes and goals. Just ensure you're hitting the recommended number of Total Products for your weight:


Over 17 stone: Aim for 5 Total Products per day (Shakes, Meals, Pots, Breakfasts, Soups, and Bars).

Under 17 stone: Target 4 Total Products daily.
