⏰ What Time Should I Have My Products?

When to Have Your Products

There is no fixed time that you must have your products. We recommend aligning your product intake with times that best suit your individual routine. Everyone’s lifestyle and commitments are different, so it is important to find a rhythm that works for you.

Establishing a routine that fits your day will help create a sustainable eating pattern and support a smooth transition back to conventional food in the future.

🍽️ Spacing Out Your Meals

For best results, we suggest spacing your meals evenly throughout the day. This helps:

  • Maintain energy levels
  • Reduce hunger and cravings
  • Support a healthy daily routine
  • Prepare your body for long-term healthy habits

✅ How Many Total Products Should I Have?

The number of Total products you need each day depends on your current weight:

  • Over 17 stone: Have 5 Total products per day
  • Under 17 stone: Have 4 Total products per day

Each product counts as one full meal. This can include any combination of:

  • Shakes
  • Soups
  • Meals
  • Meal Pots
  • Breakfasts
  • Bars (limit to one per day due to possible laxative effects)

🕒 Example Daily Menu Plan

Here is a sample schedule you can use as a guide:

  • 9:00 am – Choose one item from: Shake, Soup, Meal, Meal Pot, Breakfast, or Bar
  • 12:00 pm – Choose another product (avoid a second bar if already consumed)
  • 4:00 pm – Choose another from the same selection
  • 7:00 pm – Finish your day with a fourth product (or fifth if required for your weight)

You can mix and match products each day as long as you stay within the correct number of Total products for your plan.
