When to Have Your Products
We recommend aligning your product consumption with times that best fit your individual routine. Since everyone’s schedules and commitments differ, it’s important to find a balance that suits your lifestyle. This will help you create a sustainable eating pattern and set you up for a smooth transition back to conventional food in the future.
Spacing Out Your Meals:
For optimal results, space out your meals throughout the day. This ensures a balanced eating schedule and supports healthy habits as you progress through the program, making it easier when you eventually return to regular meals.
How Many Total Meals Should You Have?
The number of meals you need depends on your weight:
Over 17 stone: Aim for 5 Total Products per day (Shakes, Meals, Pots, Breakfasts, Soups, and Bars).
Under 17 stone: Target 4 Total Products per day.
We recommend limiting Total Bars to one per day due to their potential laxative effect.
Example Daily Menu Plan:
9 AM: Choose one from Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars, Total Meal Pots, or Total Meals.
Noon: Choose one from Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars (unless you had one earlier), Total Meal Pots, or Total Meals.
4 PM: Choose one from Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars (unless you had one earlier), Total Meal Pots, or Total Meals.
7 PM: Choose one from Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars (unless you had one earlier), Total Meal Pots, or Total Meals.
