While sugar-free drinks may seem like a suitable alternative when trying to lose weight, they are not recommended on the Total Plan. These drinks can interfere with your progress, and here is why:

Although sugar-free drinks contain no calories, they often include artificial sweeteners and additives that may:

  • Trigger cravings and increase appetite
  • Disrupt ketosis in some individuals

  • Make it harder to stay committed to the structured routine of the plan

For these reasons, we recommend avoiding sugar-free fizzy drinks while on the Total Plan.
