Embarking on your weight loss journey with The New You Plan means enjoying a structured, flexible, and delicious approach to achieving your goals. Here is everything you need to know to get started with confidence.

Our Total Food Replacement (TFR) products are designed to support a Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD), while keeping you fully nourished and satisfied. Choose from:

  • Hot Soups
  • Delicious Meals
  • Tasty Bars
  • Homely Porridge
  • High Protein Snacks

Each product is nutritionally complete and packed with flavour.


📅 How Many Products Should I Have Per Day?

  • If you weigh over 17 stone, have 5 Total products per day
  • If you weigh under 17 stone, have 4 Total products per day

These will provide 100% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for essential nutrients.


🛒 Mix and Match – Over 90 Products to Choose From

With more than 90 meals, shakes, soups, bars, and snacks to enjoy, you can keep your meal plan exciting and varied. Create your perfect daily routine using your favourite products.


🕘 Sample Daily Routine

Here is an example of how to plan your day:

9 am: Start your day with a shake, soup, meal pot, or porridge
12 pm: Choose a satisfying lunch from our Total range
4 pm: Beat the afternoon slump with another delicious product
7 pm: End your day with a warming meal or soup

👉 Important: Limit yourself to one bar per day, as consuming more may have a laxative effect.

  • Cookies
  • Gummies (in moderation – may have a laxative effect for some)

🍪 Snacks to Enjoy 2–3 Times a Week

  • Biscuits (1 mini pack of 5)
  • Wafers (in halves – enjoy all at once or spread out)
  • Chocolate Loops or Balls
  • Fluffy Bars

These are a great way to add variety, but should be enjoyed in moderation.

💧 Staying Hydrated

Hydration is essential on your journey. Aim for 2.5 to 4 litres of water each day:

  • Still or sparkling tap or bottled water
  • Only use flavourings from The New You Plan range
  • Teas made from leaves or roots are allowed
  • Avoid fruit or floral teas

☕ Tea and Coffee Guidelines

  • Enjoy black tea or black coffee freely
  • If you prefer milk, limit to 250ml per day (skimmed, almond, or soya milk)
  • Drinks with milk do not count towards your water intake

🍬 Sweeteners

  • You can use sweetener tablets in tea or coffee
  • Avoid powdered sweeteners, as they may contain hidden sugars or carbs
