Our Total Meals are crafted to delight and nourish, with choices like Creamy Shakes, Hot Soups, Delicious Meals, Tasty Bars, Homely Porridge, and Scrumptious High Protein Snacks. Each product is thoughtfully tailored for a Very Low-Calorie Diet (VLCD).
Daily Nutrition:
To keep you fully nourished, you'll typically enjoy 4 to 5 Total Food Replacement (TFR) or VLCD products each day. This ensures you meet 100% of your recommended daily allowance (RDA), supporting your health while on your weight loss journey.

Determine Your Daily Needs:
- If you weigh over 17 stone, aim for 5 Total Products each day.
- If you're under 17 stone, 4 Total Products will do the trick.
- Mind the Bars: Our bars are a delightful treat, but can sometimes act as a laxative if too many are consumed within one day, we suggest limiting your bar intake to just one per day.
Design Your Day:
- 9 am: Start your day by choosing from our Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars, Total Meal Pots, or Total Meals. Pick what tickles your morning taste buds!
- Noon: Lunchtime calls for another choice from the same fabulous line-up. Mix it up for variety.
- 4 pm: Beat the afternoon slump with a pick from our delicious range—just remember to skip the bar if you already had one.
- 7 pm: Round off your day with another delectable option from our Total range. Feel free to mix and match your choices!
Daily Snack Choices:
- Crisps/Tortillas: Pick one to enjoy each day. These come in individual packs, making them a perfect daily treat. Remember to choose only one type of snack per day.
- Fluffy Bars
- Cookies
Snacks 2-3 Times a Week:
- Biscuits: Enjoy a mini packet of 5 biscuits up to 2-3 times a week. Whether it's one biscuit with tea or the whole packet, it's your call.
- Wafers: Packaged in halves for flexibility, you can consume them all at once or spread them out. Stick to 2-3 packets weekly.
- Chocolate Loops and Chocolate Balls: Both come conveniently packed. Keep your intake to 2-3 portions per week, including other snacks.

Staying hydrated and enjoying your beverages is an important part of your New You journey. Here's how to make the most of your drinks while on the plan:
Water is Your Best Friend:
Aim to drink between 2.5 and 4 litres of water each day. This can be tap water, bottled still water, or sparkling water. To keep things simple and effective, avoid using any flavourings unless they're from our site.
Tea and Coffee Guidelines:
- Tea and Coffee: Enjoy these as part of your water intake. Black tea and coffee are both excellent choices.
- Green Leaf Teas: Feel free to indulge. Just remember, teas made from flowers or fruits are a no-go. Stick to root or leaf extracts instead.
- Milk in Tea/Coffee: While we recommend keeping your drinks black, if you fancy a splash of milk, choose skimmed, almond, or soy milk, and limit it to 250ml per day. Remember, drinks with milk don't count towards your water intake, but milk-free ones do!
Sweeten It Up:
You can use artificial sweeteners, but stick to the tablet form for your teas and coffees. The powdered versions are off the menu.
